As Managing partner of Cedar Crest Development Company, LLC. Dr. Willis has consulted or developed over $450 million in new real estate development/construction. CCDC specializes in Mixed-Use Retail Development Sports, Facilities, Hotel, Apartments, Senior Housing, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing. David was the developer's development consultant and limited partner for Generations Senior Living (Stone Gate Senior Care), a 34 acres, $62 Million Continuum of Care Retirement Community partnership with the Dallas housing Authority. Dr. Willis has over 15 years of experience with HUD loan programs in the capacity as a developer, consultant to developers in Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas. Dr. Willis is a graduate of West Texas A&M. Dr. David L. Willis is Vice Chairman member of United Black Contractors Association. Also Dr. David L. Willis is a proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity.

Ken Carter has  40-years of experience in Communications, and Public Relations. As the former Director of Public Relations for the "American Heart Association," Ken spent four years serving the Dallas Community before forming Focus Communications. Ken's expertise range from public relations, media, community relations, crisis management, public policy, marketing and event promotions. Ken is a master at strategic planning, and minority business development. Ken acquired a BA degree in journalism from Southern University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Ken's role will be procurement, marketing, investor, governmental relations along with housing and hospitality.

As a Senior Certified Human Resources Executive, Darryl G. Thornton delivers unmatched Human Resources solutions, which include experience in an array of industry sectors. Also a Certified John Maxwell Executive Coach, he has extensive experience in coaching and training senior executives, aspiring senior managers, and other leaders to be their very best. Darryl enjoys a national reputation as a highly respected resource, recognized expert and creative problem solver. Darryl served as a Vice President of Human Resources for the DFW International Airport, The Dallas Morning News, Frito Lay and has led development and critical infrastructure projects. He is a former Special Agent with The Federal Bureau of Investigation. Darryl will oversee talent management, security, and sports programs.

CUMULUS DESIGN, INC. began with a passion and devotion for land development.  With over 20 years of experience, Matthew and Paul Cragun started Cumulus Design to provide personalized Civil Engineering, Site Design, Master Planning and Development Permitting services. We provide full consulting services to both the public and private sectors within a wide variety of project types. Some of our project experience includes corporate, commercial, hospitality, governmental, educational and medical projects. We currently provide services in Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana and look to expand our coverage areas to meet our clients needs.

Dwight has almost 30 years of experience in the IT & Telecommunication industry across the world. Most recently, Dwight was responsible for TV and Media Global Professional Services & Labs with Ericcson. He had P&L responsibility around $100 million USD. Prior to joining Ericcson, Dwight spent one year with Converse as Head of Global BSS with a P&L over $500 million USD. At Alcatel-Lucent Dwight was Senior Vice President  responsible for the end to end program management  of the largest telecommunications 4G wireless broadband launch for Pan India for an Alcatel-Lucent customer. As part of the leadership team in Mumbai, India, Dwight successfully let the development of the blueprint to create a company the size of AT&T in less than two years. Dwight will be responsible for all aspects of technology through the development.

Tammy Pierce is founder and owner of TP Solutions. TP Solutions was founded on July 13, 2017. TP Solutions specializes in business development services. The company services a range of clients from Politicians, Architech Engineering firms, International Insurance Companies, Developers and Small Businesses. Their motto is "Delivering results." Ms. Pierce is currently negotiating contracts from $300,000.00 to $600.000.00 million. TP Solutions also does web design and social media marketing as well. Tammy Pierce is also founder and chair of United Black Contractors Association.
